Award winning building services design consultancy with a diverse workforce As the successful applicant BREEAM consultant will be rating and certifying the environmental and sustainability of commercial buildings BREEAM Consultant will be working from office local to their location or a Hybrid model BREEAM Consultant will be taking the lead in BREEAM assessments from pre-assessment through to completion and post completion BREEAM Consultant will advise clients on sustainability measures BREEAM Consultant will be given training and development opportunities within thermal modelling, SBEM and Sap assessments BREEAM Consultant will be able to register as an EPC assessor Competitive salary and package on offer, negotiable on skills and experience To be successful as the BREEAM Consultant BREEAM consultant will be experianced in rating and certifying the environmental and sustainability of commercial buildings BREEAM Consultant will be experienced in writing assessment reports BREEAM Consultant will be a licenced BREEAM assessor Please contact Carla on (phone number removed) from Tech-people the leading recruitment business within Building Services
