Top 3 Things to Know About this Job: Attractive Salary - depending on experience Opportunity to work on £multi-million bespoke projects Working from home scheme The Role: The Design Technician will play a pivotal role in: Assisting in the assessment of initial information received from the Client's designers and architects. Liaise with Factory, Project Manager and Client's designers and architects, sub-contractors and suppliers. Conduct site surveys. Produce clear, concise, and accurate drawings in line with deadlines and programme requirements, adhering to QA standards. Collaborate with schedulers to discuss drawings and assist production with any queries. Coordinate with the Drawing Controller regarding the issue and distribution of drawings. The Person: Must be Proficient in AutoCad Have knowledge of current building regulations and experience with BIM projects would be ideal Have the ability to think in 3 dimensions Ability to adhere to project deadlines Have problem solving abilities The Rewards: Competitive salary package.
