A leading UK Not-For-Profit is seeking a talented Product Engineer/CRM Developer to join their play a pivotal role in building a new CRM that will revolutionize the target audience experience, from outreach to aftercare engagements. What You'll Do: Develop the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) product using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and the Microsoft Power Platform. Provide operational support for the CRM, ensuring its smooth running. Collaborate with your team to implement the product roadmap, optimizing the experience for our target audience. Champion agile methodologies within the Customer Experience team. Support existing CRM products until their consolidation into the single CRM. Engage with suppliers to resolve operational issues when necessary. Work across the organization to maximize the value delivered by the CRM. What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a D365 developer with expertise in Customer Service, Sales & Marketing Apps, Power Automate, and Power Apps. In-depth knowledge of CRM technologies and their impact on an organization. Experience managing data within a CRM product, specifically using Dataverse for D365 deployments. C# Development Skills Agile experience / being a proponent Familiarity with the D365 application lifecycle, tooling, and best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
