Publishing Fulfillment and Ecommerce Manager

Jolly Learning is the publisher of Jolly Phonics and Jolly Grammar, highly effective early literacy programmes. Jolly Learning has recently had a generational leadership transition. We have historically operated across the world through a global network of distributors. We also operate an online store, in UK and US. The store has recently been upgraded to Shopify. Our digital products, website, and online content have substantial reach, and drive demand for the print products. Our strategy, is to use the Shopify Store (and third party e-commerce), to fulfil global orders directly, working with local distributors, fulfilment centres, and Print on Demand, where appropriate. This will be done in combination with a focus on online marketing. Achieving this strategy necessitates significant upgrades to our inventory tracking systems, that you would need to lead. Responsibilities Upgrade internal inventory systems Establish new Shopify stores in key markets Establish new Fulfilment centres in key markets Maintain inventory levels across fulfilment centers Establish First-Party presence in global e-commerce stores. Experience Ecommerce Publishing Fulfilment Role The role is based in Buckhurst Hill, in person in the office 2 days per week.
