Vantage CE Academies Trust is looking to recruit a new Chair of Trustees to help steer the Trust through the next exciting stage in its journey, taking our Good and Outstanding schools to GREAT. Vantage is a dynamic and growing organisation with 510 staff serving over 3700 pupils in 10 schools.
We are a Northwest-based Trust, founded in 2012, currently made up of six Church of England schools and four community schools. Working across 5 Local Authorities, we provide excellent education within the primary and secondary sector. Our mission is to support and sustain a community of exceptional schools, that serve their communities well, to deliver an excellent education which enables children and young people to enjoy life in all its fullness.

- has the ability to analyse complex information; and
- will offer challenge and support to the recently appointed CEO and Board via a bold, courageous and resilient mindset.
