About the role: Ink, the world leaders in travel media, are seeking a Social Media Manager to help shape, craft and curate engaging content, execute social media strategies and grow our global audience. This role offers creative freedom and ownership. A passion for social media and travel is great, but we’d much prefer you to be obsessed with it, as you’ll be the heart of our digital presence. The role: Plan, design, and execute social media strategies across all accounts Day to day management of all platforms Brand and account building Posting, building content calendars and scheduling Create and deliver innovative, original and engaging platform-specific content for all social media channels Develop social media campaigns Conduct social media audits to regularly assess the performance of social media channels, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement and growth across all platforms Keep an eye on and be up to date with all the latest social media trends Manage, build and maximise community/follower engagement across all channels Communicate, collaborate and align with rest of our creative team, providing support to the wider teams as and when needed Required skills: Experience in airline and/or travel industries is preferred but not essential You can manage multiple projects across multiple accounts Prioritize work, meet deadlines and actively communicate progress and deliverables (i.e. time management) A proven track record of being able to build an online audience and presence A creative mind with original ideas, not just following copy and paste social media Ability to develop strong relationships Passion for travel is a must have Hands-on, intimate knowledge of all major social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn etc. Knowledge of other major digital platforms such as YouTube Full understanding of social analytics and media terminology Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint What Ink can offer you: We know that we are nothing without our people and that they determine the journey we are going on together.
