Role: Recruiting Coordinator Location: Onsite Monday- Friday located in the heart of the City of London, near the Barbican and Moorgate areas Comp: £28-30/hour (compensated OT) Are you looking to launch your career in HR? Our client is growing its Recruiting Coordination team and seeks driven, intellectually curious individuals who excel in fast-paced environments. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll partner with internal recruiters to manage the full-cycle hiring process across multiple business sectors, playing a key role in advancing the hiring workflow and ensuring a top-tier candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Work with internal recruiters to oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Schedule and coordinate virtual and onsite interviews, as well as sell days, with candidates, recruiters, and business teams. Manage candidate pipelines using a web-based applicant tracking system. Communicate with business units to gather feedback and determine the next steps for candidates. Prepare offer documents and maintain communication with candidates throughout the onboarding process. Lead recruiting and HR initiatives, including candidate tracking, process documentation, competency updates, and survey management. Support large recruiting events and oversee seasonal internship programs. Process expense reports and invoices. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Prior experience or internships in recruiting, HR, or a related field is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel; familiarity with Outlook meeting requests is a plus. Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and follow-through. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
