Mortgage and Protection Supervisor

Our client, a leading Mortgage Brokerage is seeking a Mortgage and Protection Supervisor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. Due to company growth our client is looking to add a Mortgage and Protection Supervisor to the business, where you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of advice are given to clients, maintaining standards within the business and making sure regulatory and compliance requirements are met at all times. This role requires someone who holds their CeMAP qualification, along with previous experience in a similar role. Key Responsibilities: - Ensuring all new Consultants achieve Competent Advisor status - Completing advice reviews - Conducting 1-2-1’s with the team - Being the go-to for any Mortgage Consultant advice-related queries - Completing client quality assurance calls - Supporting the firm with investigation of all complaints - Supporting the firm with their annual SMCR obligations Key Experience: - CeMAP qualification is a must - Previous experience in a similar role is a must - Solid understanding of the Mortgage industry - Knowledge and understanding of the FCA environment and regulations - Experience coaching and mentoring team members - Experienced in file reviews relating to Mortgage cases This is an excellent opportunity for a Mortgage and Protection Supervisor to join a thriving business who are leaders in their field.
