Our client is a London-based asset management firm, specialising in investment, development, financing, and asset management, driven by a strong emphasis on sustainability. They serve select investors and property owners in Central London, delivering projects on time and on budget while focusing on ESG principles. Their core services include asset management, capital markets, and strategic property advice.

Asset Management Analyst

• 2-4 years' experience in Real Estate Asset Management / Portfolio Analytics
• Ideally cross-sector experience inc. residential and living
• Salary: £55,000 to £75,000

The right candidate will have strong analytical skills, including proficiency in financial modeling.

This is a unique opportunity to join a small team and receive a wide exposure to different parts of the business including investment, acquisition and development.

The Asset Management Analyst will initially be expected to be responsible for financial modeling and portfolio analysis. It is expected the AM Analyst will progress into an Asset Manager role, with a more client-facing aspect to the role.
