Production Engineer

Production EngineerChelmsford£ Dependant on Experience We are looking for an experienced Engineering Technician to join our highly successful manufacturing team, to develop high precision silicon assembly and provide onward support to manufacture. Responsibilities: Contribute to the development and enhancement of tools for testing electronic components.Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are optimised for manufacturing.Support in the creation of guidelines for prototyping new products.Work on improving current processes and documentation, alongside the manufacturing team.Create and manage production workflows based on internal diagrams and instructions.Ensure that all documents are reviewed and approved through proper channels.Oversee and refine the flow of information and operations to improve efficiency.Help with production trials and ensure completion of necessary documentation.Follow established processes for introducing new products. We are looking for: Experience in production or manufacturing settings.Familiarity with developing and optimising processes for production.Experience working in a project-driven manufacturing environment.Strong problem-solving skills with proven outcomes.A collaborative approach and ability to work well in teams.A high level of self-motivation and attention to detail.A technical diploma or equivalent experience in a related field such as engineering or science.
