You will analyze project requirements, assess materials and labor costs, prepare tender documents, and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure accurate and competitive bids. Your role will also involve reviewing contracts and contributing to pricing strategies.
You should have proven experience as an Estimator within the groundworks sector, specifically with residential projects. Strong numerical and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure are essential.
