Deputy Shift Manager (Afternoons) Location: Corwen Hours: 41.25 hours per week Salary: From £34,000 per year Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Our Client is a fast-growing British company with sites in Chester, Wrexham, and Corwen. They produce healthy, gluten-free snacks under well-known brands and private labels. Role Overview: They looking for a Deputy Shift Manager to oversee various shift operations in Corwen. You'll ensure health and safety standards, maintain food safety standards, lead and develop your team, and drive productivity to meet operational KPIs. Key Responsibilities: * Champion health & safety, ensuring all procedures are followed. * Prioritise food safety and product quality. * Lead, motivate, and develop the shift team. * Ensure production targets are met with minimal waste. * Manage shift reports and implement continuous improvements. Ideal Candidate: * Experience in FMCG, particularly in food manufacturing. * Strong management and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication, IT, and numeracy skills. * Adaptable and proactive.
