Private Equity Law Associate-Junior and Senior Level

Nicholas Scott has an opportunity for two Private Equity/Corporate Associates to join the London Office of a leading US Law Firm.

The firm is seeking a junior (1-2 PQE) and a mid (3-6 PQE) Associate for the Private Equity practice group. You should have experience of high end private equity transactions with cross boarder features and you will be qualified in England & Wales.

Outstanding academic credentials and top tier law firm experience are required.

The firm pays full New York salary rates in London.
