Principal Embedded Software Engineer

Principal Embedded Software Engineer to join global market leading company based in central Bristol. Salary to £70k plus benefits, hybrid working and visa support if needed.Suitable Principal Embedded Software Engineer will have strong academics and 8 yrs to 15 yrs hands on Embedded real time development expertise - ideally FreeRTOS and ARM architectures. Strong C progamming /assembler /networking knowledge. It would be beneficial to have safety critical expertise with knowledge of Safety Software standards: IEC 61508, DO 178B/C, ISO26262, IEC 61508, IEC 62304 .The successful Principal Embedded Software Engineer will work alongside industry experts developing our clients portfolio of embedded software products.
