This will be a fast paced role, and will be the back backbone of supply chain operations, ensuring smooth coordination between suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams. You'll be responsible for inbound supply, forecasting, production planning and team management. Ideally you will already have 3 - 5 years' supply chain experience, excellent communication skills understand MRP / ERP systems (D365 experience would be advantage) and have experience in supplier management and negotiation. Due to the collaborative nature of the team, you be an excellent people manager (leading by example with a supportive attitude to development). This role is hybrid based, 3 days from the office near Huntingdon and 2 from home - our client prides itself on being excellent employer, with regular reviews, custom built offices, structured career progression and staff incentives.
