They transform complex PE data into actionable insights for CIOs, CFOs, and General Partners, using AI to predict future fund performance.Role: They're seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong Python and API expertise to lead the engineering team. You'll drive the development of data analytics platformsResponsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of engineers.Be the go-to person for the Python-based application and API development while still being hands-on technical.Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.Contribute to architectural decisions.Qualifications:Extensive hands-on experience in software engineering with a focus on Python and APIs.Proven leadership and team management skills.Strong understanding of data processing and analytics.Experience with cloud platforms and modern development practices.
