Inbound Sales Advisor

We are delighted to be working with our client, a global organisation with a growing team in Peterborough to recruit a customer focused Inbound Sales Advisor As the successful Inbound Sales Advisor you will handle incoming calls and enquiries from customers, providing accurate product information, advice, and recommendations to customers. Processing all sales orders accurately will come naturally to you as will following up with customers to ensure they are happy with the products and service offered. We are looking for individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in delivering high standards of customer service.  Y ou will be able to work well in a a fast paced environment with excellent IT skills.
