Plater/ Fabricator Permanent, Full-time Day Shift: Mon - Thurs 07.30am – 4.30pm & Fri 07.30am – 12.30pm Rates: £16ph - £18ph DOE Ripley, Derbyshire Are you a proactive and self-reliant Plater? Our client is a pioneering engineering manufacturer, who provide a valuable service to the defence and sub-sea sectors (to name a few). Due to their catalogue of world-renowned customers and constant flow of work; this prestigious company are looking to add a Plater to their already successful team of manufacturing specialists. Plater/ Fabricator Job Description •Measuring, marking and cutting metals using a variety of machines and tools to align with technical drawings •Undertaking low level initial spot welds •Ensuring route card instructions are followed and all appropriate documentation is compiled with the highest level of accuracy •Supporting the team to ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard   Plater/ Fabricator Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications •Experience in a similar role in a highly regulated industry •Ability to read complex engineering drawings. •An accountable and positive attitude to all work tasks •Proficiency using a variety of measuring tools   PLater/ Fabricator Company Benefits •33 days annual leave. •Excellent over time rates after 39hrs. •Pension Scheme 5% employer, when matched by employee. •Free Car Parking. •Company Sick Pay Scheme, active after 1 years’ service.   If you feel you’re a good fit for this position, please click ‘apply
