As we prepare for our next phase of growth and innovation, we have an incredibly exciting opportunity for a Systems Support Analyst to join our IT Team based in Park Royal. The Role: Being part of our dynamic IT team and reporting directly to the Systems Manager, the successful candidate will provide essential systems support and testing. You’ll collaborate with our operational teams to resolve systems issues, assist in project deliveries, and work closely with our Business Analyst and Project Manager on IT improvement initiatives. In this role, you'll liaise with ERP, ePOS, and other systems partners, ensuring our IT solutions support business growth. This is a pivotal position with opportunities to influence the future direction of our IT strategy as we continue to expand. Key Responsibilities: Keep stakeholders up to date on the resolution of systems issues  Agree and document testing plans and results for Systems implementations Agree solutions with Systems Development team Contribute to IT Team performance reporting Research technologies and best practice for supporting systems Propose the best ways to use suppliers and company capability to achieve business goals Provide the company with the best resolutions to IT systems problems Help provide IT operation budget costs Provide a first-class day-to-day service to the business Ensure suppliers provide the support that the IT Team stakeholders require Contribute with the IT Team on: Improvements to ways of working IT strategy IT trends and new technology awareness  Software supplier selection As a Systems Analyst, you will support ESG initiatives by optimizing systems for data collection, analysis, and reporting. Collaborate with teams to implement solutions that enhance ESG compliance and reporting efficiency. Your work will align technology strategies with sustainable business goals.
