Description Leading and managing the procurement and supply chain department. Developing and implementing procurement strategies. Negotiating contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness. Overseeing the inventory management process. Collaborating with other departments to identify cost-saving opportunities. Ensuring the quality of supply chain processes. Managing relationships with suppliers and stakeholders. Complying with all relevant procurement laws and regulations.Profile A successful Purchasing Manager should have: A degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management in the Food Industry. Proficient knowledge of supply chain processes and procurement laws.
