About the role: As a KS2 Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our students, guiding them through this crucial stage of their development. Application Requirements: • A valid Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). • Experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably within KS2. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents. • A commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for fostering an inclusive learning environment. • An understanding of the Church of England’s ethos and values is desirable. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement exciting and challenging lesson plans tailored to the KS2 curriculum. • Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and growth. • Assess and track student progress, providing feedback that promotes learning and development. • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the overall teaching strategy. • Support the school’s vision and values, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all students.
