Stores Tooling Engineer

ACR Recruitment Ltdare looking for a skilled Tooling Engineer to join one of our Engineering clients on a permanent Basis inCoventry. This role involves assisting in ensuring components are produced correctly by supplying correct and accurate tooling to operatives.Candidates must have previous proven experience as a Tooling Engineer in a similar role to apply for this role.Duties to includeMaking sure machine processes are running at optimum efficiency in regards the tooling requiredsupport and advise other employees when required in regards to toolingEnsuring all operations are carried out efficiently and accurately to customers requirements, drawing tolerance and specificationseffective and regular communication with CNC supervisors and programme writers ensuring loading board instructions are accurate and up to date and that the section runs at maximum productionMaking sure all tooling requirements are in place before component is loaded onto machinemaking sure that tooling set up sheets and kitting lists are adhered to and assist in developing company proceduresset up sheets and kitting lists are edited to incorporate latest standards and instructions where necessary and ensure they are effectively communicated to all personnelfeedback to line managers and supervisors and changes to programmers before changing masterstooling is set correctly and accurately ready for use by operatorMake sure H&S rules and regulations are adhered to at all timesBenefits of the role:Days shift 8.30-5pm Mon -Friday40 hours£14-£16 p/h depending on experienceFree onsite parking22 days holiday allowance + annual bank holidaysOnsite canteen facilityCompany progression opportunitiesQuarterly payment reviewsOvertime hours availableJob Types: Full-time, PermanentJob Type: PermanentAbility to commute/relocate:Coventry, West Midlands: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Experience:tooling: 5 years (required)Work authorisation:United Kingdom (required)Work Location: In personReference ID: STECOVWK38JBRP1_UKTJ
