This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed individual who is passionate about education and eager to take on additional responsibilities to support both students and teachers in delivering high-quality learning experiences.Key Responsibilities: Support the planning and delivery of lessons across a range of subjects, leading classes when necessary in the absence of the teacher.Assist with the development of educational activities and resources, adapting learning materials to meet the needs of individual students or groups.Provide one-on-one and group support to students, particularly those with additional learning needs, to help them reach their full potential.Work closely with teachers to monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and contributing to pupil reports.Help manage classroom behavior and create a positive, inclusive learning environment where all students feel supported and engaged.Support extracurricular activities, trips, and school events as required. Requirements: Qualified HLTA status or equivalent experience working in a school environment.Proven experience supporting learning in a primary school setting, with the ability to lead classes confidently.Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching and learning, with a passion for supporting student success.
