Are you looking to kick-start your career in administration? We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator Apprentice to join our busy school office. This apprenticeship will provide you with hands-on experience in a fast-paced and varied environment, learning all aspects of office management while supporting the daily operations of the school. Key Responsibilities: Emails: Assist with drafting, sending, and organizing emails. Spreadsheets: Learn to create, update, and manage spreadsheets for various administrative tasks. Filing: Maintain an efficient filing system, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible. Message Taking: Answer phone calls and take messages in a professional manner. Photocopying: Support the team with photocopying, scanning, and distributing documents. Office Operations: Gain experience in all areas of running a school office, including supporting senior staff and assisting with other administrative tasks as required. What We're Looking For: Organized: You must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. People Skills: You should be friendly, approachable, and able to communicate effectively with staff, students, and visitors. Adaptable: Able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Eager to Learn: Enthusiasm for developing new skills and working in a school setting. Team Player: Willing to support the office team with a variety of tasks. Requirements: Good communication skills, both written and verbal. A keen interest in administration and office work. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
