Native & Affiliate Manager (Taboola & Outbrain)

Our Houses offer tailored and trusted services in investment, consumption, and production.Position Overview: Responsible for managing Native platforms such as Outbrain, Taboola, Gemini, and others for the purpose of lead acquisition campaigns. The individual will optimise targeting, messaging, spending and bids to achieve and exceed returns across the investment marketplace - Decant Index. The individual will build and test new landing pages and creatives as part of an always-on process in order to get the optimal performance out of the platforms. Furthermore, the individual will take full ownership of Affiliate marketing for the e-commerce (House of Decant) - building emails and landing pages and working closely with partners to scale efforts. The person will actively seek learning opportunities to enhance their knowledge base and strive to become a thought leader in the Native and Affiliate advertising spaces.Key Responsibilities:NativeManage Native platforms such as Outbrain, Taboola, Gemini, etc for lead acquisition activity across the investment marketplace (Decant Index).Execute optimisation of targeting, messaging, spending, and bids across campaigns to meet and exceed business objectives.Build enticing / platform-specific landing pages and advertorials to test and optimise returns.Create static creatives and engaging headlines to test and optimise returns.Fully understanding and meeting ASA regulations for what we can and can’t use to advertise on the channel.Execute media test plans with analytics to assess the impact of the campaigns on driving business objectives.Set up and execute an evergreen weekly testing process.Using data to drive the correct business decisions - setting up and creating clear reporting and feedback loops for senior stakeholders, with the focus on quick execution of changes to generate results.Seek out additional learning opportunities to build upon your knowledge base.Become a thought leader in the Native advertising space.AffiliateLead on all Affiliate activity for the e-commerce (House of Decant).Work with our major partners (Monetise, AWIN etc.) to scale our lead acquisition.Building brand-first emails and landing pages to be used in partner communications.Set up and execute an evergreen weekly testing process.Reporting and feedback to senior stakeholders with actions aiming to improve week-on-week performance.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience within Native advertising.Experience of spending budgets of circa £75K+ a month on Native advertising.Prior track record of successfully managing and optimising direct response campaigns focused on scale vs. CPL.Strong knowledge of ad targeting methodologies and iterative test-and-learn optimisation practices.High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, and relevant reporting tools.Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies, and building marketing strategies.As well as UK and Europe, Native experience within North American market is desired.Experience in executing media test plans and assessing campaign impact on business objectives.Continuous learning and staying updated with Native and Affiliate advertising trends and best practices.Understanding of ASA alcohol advertising regulations on Native.Team player, high emotional intelligence, and critical thinking.Why Join Us?Self-starting role with strategic flexibility as you will be the expert in your channels.Opportunity to work with a young passionate team in a fast-growing multi-faceted business.Competitive salary and benefits package.Stunning refurb office in the heart of Mayfair.Weekly employee drinks and events.
