Operations Lead

Position: Operations Lead Location: South East London Salary: £33,000 - £37,000 (Salary DOE) Hours Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm 1 hour lunch Paid Overtime when necessary, with the possibility of some weekend work. Car park space. The Company: Small Format/Large Format print & graphics company, specialising in design, print and reprographics. The Role: * Operations Lead * Must have first hand knowledge & background of production house reprographics * Be able to work on their own and using their initiative to see job through * Expected to print small & large format requests as well as finishing such as lamination, mounting, cutting & binding * Essential that candidate has Xerox Iridesse training with experience of using the press * Understanding of large format solvent and aqueous plotters * Be able to perform maintenance on print & finishing equipment * Maintain stock levels * Knowledge of large format graphic installation and willingness to learn on the job * Opportunity for progression in the future Machinery: * Xerox Iridesse, Xerox Versant 280, Epson 80600 Solvent Plotter, Epson b6000 plotter * Matrix 530 laminator, Duplo DC 618 cut & slitter, GBC Magapunch, Guillotine. IT Skills: * Knowledge & understanding of EFI Fiery, Adobe CS products, MS Office, emails and willingness to learn quoting system * Good communication skills – verbally and email
