Site Manager - Residential Refurbishment
We are seeking experienced Site Managers to oversee refurbishment projects in SW London. You will have had exposure and experience in the high-end residential market.
Site Manager Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers.
Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to.
Regularly report on project progress to stakeholders.
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
First Aid qualification (preferred, but not essential).
