Position Overview:   As an E-commerce Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our online sales operations. You will work closely with our team to ensure the smooth functioning of our online store and enhance our customer experience.   Key Responsibilities:   Assist in managing and updating product listings on our e-commerce platforms. Assist in developing new platforms Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Support the creation and execution of online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, and SEO initiatives. Help maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues via email, chat, and phone. Collaborate with the team to ensure product descriptions, images, and other website content are accurate and engaging.
