Finance Lawyer

Our client is an international financial services organisation that has harnessed a raft of expertise and technological solutions to mine the potential in the multi-trillion-dollar trade financing gap between multinationals and funders. Set up in 2021, and working for a corporate client base, this company is already performing excellently and is in a sustained period of growth. As a result of this growth, we are now looking for a lawyer to join this exciting organisation in their London headquarters. This permanent role sits within a business that offers a competitive salary and operates a hybrid working policy, with a minimum of 3 days in their Central London office. The successful candidate will be central to the managing and executing the legal processes underpinning transactions, but more specifically: Drafting and negotiating deal documentation (corporate and funder facing); Developing precedents for documentation (e.g. including term sheets, product/funder documentation); Assisting business teams with trade execution advice/queries when necessary; Helping to manage the firm’s interface with external counsel.
