Head of Engineering Moonhub now need someone to take the lead of the technical team as Head of Engineering. If you’re someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, tends to steer the ship in group situations, and can naturally motivate others, this position could be a great fit. Work closely with the senior management team, responsible for a high-performing, scalable engineering function. Build and own engineering strategy whilst also overseeing day-to-day execution and delivery. Assist in VC fundraises through workforce planning, engineering organisational design, and technical due diligence. Manage, coach, and develop your engineering team members.
