Job Title: Architect Reference: RSGLAS295 Location: Glasgow Salary: £30,000- 40,000 dependent on experience I am delighted to be supporting a leading Architectural Practice who utilise their five decades of experience to produce creative, unique and technically expert designs across a vast range of sectors including healthcare, leisure, community and education to name a few. As a RIBA Chartered practice, they have cultivated a supportive environment where progression thrives and allows their talented team to reach their full potential. They are dedicated to incorporating sustainable principles into their forward thinking carefully crafted designs that often exceed their clients' expectations. They have two offices and are comprised of a friendly team of engineers, architects and Architectural technician and other professions. They pride themselves son retaining their staff and supporting progression trough their ranks, helped by regular training opportunities and investments into the latest technologies. With exciting projects on the horizon they are actively seeking a passionate Architect to join their team in Glasgow. The successful Architect will have extensive experience boasting a strong portfolio of a range of projects, proficiency with Revit, proven record of job running and across the RIBA stages. Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect: ARB registered / RIBA qualified Extensive post Part Three UK based Architectural experience Proven track record of working on education, commercial leisure or similar projects Substantial experience job running Boast design flare and creativity Passion for innovation and sustainable designs Excellent leadership skills Be able to hit the ground running Proficiency with Revit Experience working across the RIBA stages Great technical abilities Liaise confidently with clients, contractors, relevant authorities and other professionals Develop project briefs Present design proposals Strong problem solving skills Keen eye for detail Work across multiple projects simultaneously whilst meeting strict deadlines Keen to input to company growth Live locally to the Glasgow area Interested in this or other roles in Architecture.
