Mechanical and Electrical Building Technician

One of our valued clients is seeking an Building Technician to join them on site in Hatfield. The client are known for their people focused and growth mindset, and have grown 13% in the last two years. The role is for a M&E Building Technician, and this role sits within the engineering team and you would be responsible for monitoring the building management system for running equipment and responding to alarm conditions. You would be working on different equipment including boilers. air handling units and back up generators among others. The Candidate: City & Guilds electrical qualification or equivalent (BS7671 & C&G 2391) City & Guilds mechanical qualification or equivalent Educated to ONC/HNC Excellent verbal and written English skills.
