The Mortgage Advisor Role As a Mortgage Advisor for the company, you'll be provided with an abundance of leads, and offer fee free advice, guiding clients throughout the mortgage process, helping them secure suitable mortgage loans tailored to their needs and financial circumstances. Your role will involve assessing clients' eligibility, researching mortgage options, offering sound advice, and facilitating the application and approval process, as support, you will have a dedicated client relationship manager to assist you with your administration, allowing you more time to focus on providing outstanding customer service to your clients.
The Mortgage Advisor Package Employed: £30k Commission: £10.5k Validation then 40% Office Based – offices across Scotland Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm 11am – 7pm Once a week Every other Saturday (Day off in the week- flexible) Administrative support – Dedicated Client relationship manager All leads Provided – No self-generation required Private medical Insurance Income Protection Employee wellbeing support Life Assurance
Roles Available in: Dalkeith, Dunfermline, Aberdeen, Stirling and Inverness
Mortgage Advisor desired skills and experience CeMap Qualified Experience Mortgage Advisor Proven track record of mortgage sales Experience working with volume Mortgage cases (20 – 25 pm) Reliable & trustworthy Self-motivated and driven to succeed
