We develop innovative solutions that help save patients’ lives across multiple care areas, such as lung cancer, tuberculosis, and stroke touching 12 million lives in 75+ countries.About the role As a Senior Client Partner, you will be responsible for managing multiple high-value accounts, nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving new business opportunities. This role requires a deep understanding of client needs, a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, and the ability to effectively communicate and pitch Qure.ai's solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, product, and technical teams, to deliver exceptional service and value to our clients.Key Responsibilities: 1. Site Stakeholder Management:o Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-termrelationships with key stakeholders at client sites.o Primary Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for all site-specificinquiries, issues, and escalations, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. o Regular Communication: Facilitate regular communication withstakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure clientsatisfaction.o Client Advocacy: Act as a client advocate within the organization, ensuringthat client needs and expectations are communicated and met. 2. Exploring Key Opportunities: o Opportunity Identification: Leverage existing relationships to identify new business opportunities within client organizations.o Problem-Solving: Understand the critical challenges (Jobs to be Done) that the client is seeking to solve and explore how Qure.ai's solutions can address these challenges.o Relationship Development: Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations to deepen engagement and unlock new opportunities.o Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, client needs, and competitive offerings to identify areas where Qure.ai can provide additional value.3. Pitching Solutions:o Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Qure.ai's products,including their clinical and technical use cases.o Tailored Presentations: Work closely with the operations team to createcustomized presentations and proposals that address specific client needsand use cases.o Effective Communication: Clearly articulate the value proposition ofQure.ai's solutions to different audiences, including clinical, technical, andexecutive stakeholders.o Client Education: Provide ongoing education and support to clients toensure they fully understand the benefits and applications of Qure.ai'sproducts.4. Account Growth and Retention: o Business Development: Proactively seek opportunities to expand the scope of services provided to existing clients, driving revenue growth.o Client Retention: Implement strategies to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention, including regular check-ins, performance reviews, and value delivery assessments.o Contract Negotiations: Lead contract renewal discussions, ensuring favourable terms for both the client and Qure.ai.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including product, technical, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.Feedback Loop: Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to inform product development and improvement efforts.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Engineering/MBA5+ years of experience in Business Development, Key Account ManagementAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.Additional Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex accounts and drive business growth.Proficiency in creating and delivering compelling presentations and proposals.Excellent problem-solving skills and a client-focused mindset.Qure.ai is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
