Job Overview:E-Retail RoleConsumer Additions have partnered with a leading skincare business who are looking to add a E-Retail Coordinator to there team at there exciting stage of growth.This position is responsible for strategically managing two to three web partners to drive sales performance across online retail platforms in the UK. The role will be very working closely with the E-Tail manager to maximize sales targets through innovation, brand exposure.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the Gift with Purchase and sampling program with guidance from the E-Tail manager for each web partner.Take a lead role in managing and building content on Amazon Vendor Central, developing an SEO strategy, and leveraging key retail moments.Monitor weekly sales targets, track individual accounts' monthly sales goals, and collaborate with the E-Tail manager to secure the best initiatives to meet sales objectives.Serve as a point of contact for online retailer marketing queries, content updates, brand pages, and Gift with Purchase offers.Support the E-Tail Manager in managing stock allocations for Retailer.com and Pure Play sites, coordinating with the Sales team to ensure timely deliveries.Conduct daily site reviews of key retailer.com accounts and communicate any issues to relevant teams.Shared Responsibilities:Support in building presentations.Conduct competitor analysis and contribute to post-campaign analysis for all key launches and trading periods.Offer insights and feedback on future opportunities on retailer.com platforms based on market insights and competitor analysis.Coordinate with wholesale and warehouse teams for stock and deliveries.Assist with raising purchase orders and supporting P&L administration.Perform general administrative duties to ensure tasks are planned and up-to-date, including updating calendars, Trello boards, tickets, etc.Ideal Candidate:1-2 years of experience in E-commerce, ideally within E-retail.Naturally curious with a keen interest in the beauty industry and current trends.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across departments and with international colleagues.Proficiency in Excel is beneficial but not essential.Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.What We Offer:Generous staff discounts on a wide range of products.Monthly training product allocation.Attractive holiday allowance, increasing with length of service.Comprehensive well-being policies, including enhanced maternity and paternity leave.Additional time off for special occasions like birthdays and weddings.Company pension scheme and annual company bonus.Group income protection.Access to a wide range of discounts and cashback offers from high street retailers, well-being programs, gym memberships, and tech loans.Private health insurance.Employee Assistance Program for all associates and their families.Flexible working arrangements.Thank you for your application.
