Remuneration Package - Up to £90,000 + Car allowance + package

Summary:

One of my key clients within the Northwest have approached me with an unique Construction Manager role that they are looking to fill within Q4, The title is a Construction Manager and you will be working hand in hand with the Construction Director looking after numerous projects in Liverpool and Manchester with Values from £20 million £100 million.

With the Construction Manager position you will be looking after several projects and wont just be sat on just one project throughout your tenure there you will be able to visit numerous sites across the Northwest to make sure to site team is sticking to the programmes and sticking to the schedule.

Requirements:

• Project Manager experience for over 5 years NEEDED
• Experience as a Contracts Manager or multi-project management
• SMSTS
• Experience with al aspects on site
• Ability to man manage a Site team and push them and the project to completion.

Remuneration
- Up to £90,000 per annum
