About the Role: Our client, a leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Partner, is seeking an experienced LS Retail Consultant to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional to work with a top-tier Microsoft Partner that is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and customisation of LS Retail solutions within Dynamics 365 Business Central. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate these into effective LS Retail and D365 BC configurations. Provide expert guidance on LS Retail best practices and ensure successful project delivery. Conduct user training sessions, create documentation, and offer ongoing support post-implementation. Work alongside a talented team of consultants, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Requirements: Proven experience as an LS Retail Consultant, specifically within Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC). Strong understanding of retail industry processes and how they can be optimised through LS Retail. Previous experience working with or for a Microsoft Partner is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. Willingness to travel occasionally as per project requirements.
