Role Overview: Our client is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Apprenticeship Trainer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and support to apprentices in residential childcare settings, ensuring they gain the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their careers. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver engaging and comprehensive training sessions as an Apprenticeship Trainer to apprentices in residential childcare. * Develop and implement tailored training programs that meet the needs of individual learners. * Assess apprentices' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development as an apprenticeship coach. * Ensure all training materials are up-to-date and aligned with industry standards and regulations in residential childcare. * Collaborate with employers and stakeholders to support apprentices' on-the-job learning as an apprenticeship coach. * Maintain accurate records of apprentices' progress and achievements. * Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance your role as an Apprenticeship Trainer.
