ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST STOCKPORT, GREATER MANCHESTER SALARY: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum (D.O.E.) The Role: This is a great opportunity for an Architectural Technologist with good technical detailing skills, an aptitude for translating concept designs into reality and experience of fit-out schemes, ideally within the hospitality sector.  Key responsibilities will include: Collaborate with the design team to translate concepts into detailed technical drawings and construction documents for tender and construction phases. Ensure the technical accuracy and compliance of architectural drawings and specifications. Support a variety fast paced hospitality projects. Attend site visits and liaise with all necessary stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the scheme. About you Suitable candidates should be able to demonstrate: BSc or HND in Interior Design, Architectural Technology or a related field. Minimum of 3 years' experience within a design consultancy environment. Proficiency with AutoCAD is essential. A portfolio demonstrating suitable experience, ideally of projects within the hospitality or leisure sectors. Any experience of timber frame construction techniques would be an advantage Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplined design and delivery teams.
