Workshop Manager

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to oversee a circa £2m bespoke joinery operation. This division is part of a larger contracting group, you'll be responsible for providing bespoke manufactured joinery to the core business but also building on their external offering. This is a key position within the business and you'll play a pivotal role in their growth and development plans. Workshop Manager - Responsibilities & Reasons to apply: We are looking for an experienced Workshop Manager that can oversee a manufacturing team of 15 whilst driving external sales. You'll be tasked with attended project start up meetings, allocating and co-ordination of projects and ensure manufacture is in line with set targets Working with the commercial team, you'll play an influential part in estimating and push to increase margins across the business You'll be rewarded with a generous salary package, bonus scheme, car allowance & other surrounding benefits.
