Share Plans Specialist - £400 + per day - 9 Months - Hybrid (London)Annapurna HR are seeking a highly skilled Share Plans Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and administering employee share plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing expert guidance on all aspects of share schemes. Key responsibilities include coordinating plan communication, handling plan enrolment, and managing the distribution of share awards.Key Responsibilities:Administer and manage the company's share plans, including equity grants and share options.Ensure compliance with UK regulations and global tax laws.Provide support to employees regarding plan details, tax implications, and general queries.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement new share plans.Prepare and analyse reports on plan performance and employee participation.Qualifications:Proven experience in share plan administration or a similar role.Strong knowledge of UK and international tax laws relating to share plans.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in using share plan management software.
