They will be serving a unique blend of Latin American / Mexican style cuisine. I am looking for a creative Head Chef who is ideally experienced at cooking Latin American cuisine and is passionate about learning and cooking new techniques. As Head Chef you will be expected to oversee and manage all kitchen operations ensuring a successful launch. The Head Chef I am looking for will already hold a Head Chef position and have proven managerial and financial experience; ideal although not essential would be previous “opening” experience. The ideal Head Chef will come from a fresh food background with a broad repertoire of dishes and happy to adjust to this stripped back and relaxed / casual dining concept.
