Project Manager - Construction Location - Edinburgh Permanent, Full-time Position Salary - £50,000 to £75,000 depending on experience About the company: The company are speclaists in delivering screeding. Working on both small and large projects. Key Responsibilities Not Limited to: - Project Planning and Management. - Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. - Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure objectives are met. - Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including health and safety regulations. - Stakeholder Communication: - Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and expectations. - Act as the primary point of contact between the client, project team and subcontractors. - Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders. - Resource Management. - Allocate resources efficiently to meet project deadlines. Qualifications: - Experience: At least 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry. Skills: - Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in project management software - In-depth understanding of construction processes and standards.
