You'll play a key role in optimizing performance, scalability, and system reliability.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, deployment, and support of high-performance storage systems, ensuring top performance and alignment with platform architectureCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, drive improvements, and enhance platform usability and securityManage storage capacity planning, ensuring scalability and efficiency, while overseeing data management, backup, and recovery strategiesImplement strong security practices and ensure system integrity through proactive measures.Stay updated on storage technologies and mentor junior team membersRequired Skills and Experience:Extensive experience with storage systems (VAST, Isilon), and leading technical projectsExpert Python programming for automation and integration, plus experience in Go and BashProficient with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, ArgoCD), configuration management (Ansible, Terraform), and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)Solid understanding of Linux, networking, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
