E-billing Assistant

MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a professional services company based in Belfast to recruit for an E-Billing Assistant on a full time, permanent basis. To be successful you will have knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office & Word, you should be able to work under pressure and have excellent attention to detail. It would be desirable to have previous finance experience, especially if you have knowledge to computerised billing systems. Daily Duties: The E-Billing Assistant will be responsible for all activities in the e-billing life cycle including: Uploading eBills into our eBilling portals/eBilling hub. Ensuring all eBilling queries are dealt with in a promptly, and professional manner. Manage rejections accordingly to ensure timely resubmission. Update third party vendor sites where applicable Coordinate accruals, reporting and budgets and submit to client portals. Workload management via eBilling inbox. Ad hoc requests, as and when required. What You Will get in Return?
