We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join the school’s nurturing and supportive team on a permanent, full-time basis. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored 1:1 support to an individual student, assisting them in accessing their learning and promoting their personal development. Build strong rapport with the student, fostering trust, confidence, and self-esteem. Collaborate with teachers and staff to deliver personalised strategies that support the student's needs. Help the student to engage positively in school life and achieve their best possible outcomes. About You: Previous experience working with children is essential. Experience working with special educational needs (SEN) is desirable but not essential. A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to working with students. Ability to commit to full-time hours (Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm). Passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people and supporting them in overcoming barriers to learning.
