Role: Care Home Manager Location: Auchterarder Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus   We are working with a highly regarded care provider to find a talented and experienced Nursing Home Manager for a well-established care home in Auchterarder, Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact in the community.   The Role: As the Nursing Home Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the management of the care home, ensuring high standards of care, compliance with regulatory requirements, and efficient day-to-day operations. You will lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a caring, supportive, and person-centred environment for both staff and residents.   Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of care home operations, ensuring excellent care delivery and compliance with health and safety regulations. Lead, mentor, and develop the care team, promoting a positive and inclusive culture. Manage budgets effectively to maintain financial stability while delivering high-quality care. Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders to maintain the home’s positive reputation in the local community.
