Our company is looking for a Trade Counter Sales Assistant to join our team, based close to Mansfield town centre.

Responsibilities for Trade Counter Sales Assistant

• Providing verbal and email quotes for customers these will come through via email and over the phone
• Handling telephone and email enquiries
• Checking and recording delivery paperwork
• Building and maintaining good working relationships with your team and customers
• Obtaining stock for customer orders
• Providing sales and technical support on products for customers
• Stock management with a high degree of accuracy
• Providing customers with information such as stock availability, pricing and lead times
• Complete system transactions for dispatch of stock, goods in, receiving and stock locations
• Processing relevant paperwork

Person skills for the Trade Counter Sales Assistant

• Confident manner is essential ideally you will have worked with products that go into construction related industries
• Strong computer skills
• Flexibility to learn new skills
• The ability to read a CAD drawing would be helpful
