As a Financial Analyst at DaVita International you’ll report in to the Senior Director, FP&A and Transactions, and become part of a truly global and fast-paced team. You’ll work with finance teams across all markets supporting financial planning and analysis activities, and have the potential to be involved in strategic mid to long-term financial development.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Reviewing and providing commentary on international country forecasts
- Coordinating country submissions to DaVita International Headquarters and provide group finance with the required insight and understanding of financial results
- Continually simplifying and improving financial reporting projects
- Maintaining and building Anaplan models if/when required (training will be provided if system not used before)
- Working with Essbase and Hyperion to support business intelligence analyses
- Responding to country related queries
- Participating in the annual budgeting process
- Supporting deal valuation modelling and assist with some M&A due diligence work if/when required
- Supporting ad-hoc work as needed, usually provision of various data pulls in excel for the preparation of management reports and board papers
Your profile:
- Experience working in a Corporate Finance or FP&A team in a similar role for a multi-national organisation, ideally in a healthcare setting
- Demonstrable experience building and presenting financial models from scratch
- Ability to prioritise and meet tight turnaround times
- Strong mathematical, statistical and analytical skills
- Naturally curious with an accurate, detail-oriented approach to tasks
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and comfortable using the MS Office suite
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- ACCA or CIMA is preferred
- Familiar with financial planning tools such as Hyperion/Essbase, Anaplan, Oracle, BI tools would be highly advantageous
