KS1 Teaching Assistant

Zest Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant (TA) to join the team at a vibrant primary school located on the outskirts of Essington. The role is to start in December 2024 and will continue on a full time long-term basis. As a TA, you will play a crucial role in creating a lively and stimulating learning environment where every child can thrive and achieve their full potential. The school is committed to providing high-quality education, with a team of qualified staff who receive continuous professional development to enhance their skills and knowledge. The role will involve working across KS1. The ideal candidate for this full-time position will have a caring and supportive nature, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for working with children. Previous experience in a similar role and relevant qualifications are desirable. The pay for this role will start from £80 a day dependent on references and experience. Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
